II. Main Technical Features：
The mobile concrete mixing plants produced by Shandong Hongda Group is all shipped in containers, which is convenient for shipment and safe for unloading. It guarantees no damage and loss during transportation, so that it can safely reach the construction site of the country where the customer is located. The use of container shipping for export can also significantly reduce transportation costs and ensure that customers purchase the equipment at the lowest shipping cost.
The Mobile Concrete Mixing Plant has salient features as following:
（1）、We combine the aggregate weighing hopper, the belt conveyor, and the lifting belt machine into one unit. It saves a belt conveyor.
（2）、The connection frame between the batching plant and the main building is Piece-mounted. Although the manufacture is more complicated, it saves the space for container loading and improves the competitive advantage of the product.
（3）、The control room is the leg of the main building and can be rotated. There is no need to disconnect the cable when transferring the site.
（4）、In order to reduce the transport height, the cement metering hopper was first designed in a rotating style.
（5）、The middle ground clearance is close to 600mm, which is higher than any other domestic manufacturer. The walking performance of the mobile plant, especially at the top of the slope, is leading domestically.
（6）、The batching system, the mixing system, and the weighing system are integrated into a trailer unit and equipped with tires and traction pins. It integrates the functions of dosing, weighing, lifting and mixing together. Pull to move and use at once. It’s easy to move and fast to transport. The maximum speed allowed for the mobile plant to be dragged is up to 40-60 km/h. The total weight of the mobile concrete mixing plant is no more than 43 tons.
（7）、Except for outside receive facility such as screw conveyor, powder pot, all connections of all mixing plant are not dismantled, only need one piece of 30t mobile crane to dismantle and move. During installation, the foundation is not needed if the ground is flat and solid. The mobile concrete mixing plant can start production on the same day and its ideal for companies with tight schedules.
（8）、The use of a mobile mixing station allows you to set up plants on site, which saves a lot of money on the purchase of concrete mixer trucks, reduces transportation time, reduces operating costs, and avoids the quality degradation and waste of concrete due to long distance transportation or traffic jams.
