2. Main features of products:
The new generation of YHZM30 mobile concrete mixing plant is designed and developed by Shandong Hongda Construction Machinery Group Co., Ltd. It integrates dosing, aggregate and cement metering, lifting, mixing, water supply, pneumatics and electronic control in a mobile unit. The transition is very convenient and fast.
1、Batching system with excellent performance
Four storage bins with screen mesh in this system can store four different diameter of sand. Batching door is controlled by cylinder. That’s better than belt type batching structure, because it is will not slip or wear belt.
The feature of this system: there is a cement hopper on the front of metering belt (with four kinds of sand accumulation).The user only need to purchase and install cement bin and screw conveyor, then it can realize the automatic measurement of cement.
2、 Safe and reliable lifting system
The system consists of hopper, rail, intermediate hopper and winding mechanism.
Brake motor drives drum to rotate by the gear box and steel cable make hopper lift along the track through pulley. When it rises to a certain height, a pair of roller on the discharge door at bottom of hopper will be slipped into orbit level, the discharge door will be opened automatically and the material will be put into mixing drum through middle hopper. In order to ensure the accuracy of the hopper, there is a limit switch on the track. Two switches on the upper limit can limit and protect rising hopper respectively. The lower limit has one switch. When the hopper falls to the bottom, steel cable will be a little loose, spring leverage will make the lower limit run and winding machine will stop automatically. When the lower limit is damaged, non-stop will be appeared. Emergency stop button should be pressed at this time, so that the whole power is cut off, and then check and troubleshooting.
Braking motor can ensure that the running full hopper can stop at any place reliable. The braking torque is adjusted by nut on the tail of motor.
3、Classic type drum mixer
JZM500 is dual cone and reverse discharging type concrete mixer with good mixing quality, low noise, stable running and high productivity. The mixing drum has long lifetime.
A pair of high blade and a pair of low blade are welded in mixing drum. Angle between blade and mixing drum is 500,400 respectively。 When running, mixing drum will rotate and that blades drive the material. Because the blade is titled inward, when the blade make the material lift and fall, left blade and right blade will make the material slide in the opposite direction. Then middle cross-flow will be appeared. So reach the strong mixing and ideal mixing effect. A pair of screw paddle is welded on the discharging cone end of mixing drum. When the mixing drum runs forward, material will be pushed to center by paddle. When runs reverse，material will be lifted and discharged cleanly and quickly by paddle. Put the mixing drum on four rollers. Two motors transit to roller shaft through gear box and coupling, and then the friction of rubber wheel on shaft drives the mixing drum to rotate.
