Article 20 of the Regulations clearly states: "It is forbidden to install standard sections and attachment devices on construction lifting machinery without authorization which are not manufactured by the original manufacturer." Article 30 clearly points out that "the standard sections and attachments made by non-original manufacturers are installed on construction cranes without authorization", "the competent construction authorities of the local people's governments at or above the county level shall order rectification within a time limit, give warning and impose a fine of not less than 5000 yuan but not more than 30000 yuan". However, in recent years, it has been found that there are individual manufacturers and individual households who, despite Decree 166 of the Ministry of Construction, illegally imitate and fake the standard section and wall racks of our company's "Tilles" brand tower crane by borrowing the brand reputation of our company, deceive users and sell under the name of Tilles brand. The poor quality of raw materials and welding seam used in the tower crane installation without authorization, so that there is a great potential danger of unsafe tower crane. There are also individual users, greedy for cheap, unauthorized purchase of standard sections and wall frames not manufactured by our company, installed on the Tiris Tower Crane, causing great unsafe factors for the operation of the tower crane.
In order to safeguard the reputation of our company and the interests of the vast number of users and ensure the safety of tower cranes, our company particularly reminds users that all standard sections of tower cranes and wall frames (including construction lifts) produced by our company are marked with the permanent logo of Tielis trademark, and that any permanent trademark without Tielis does not belong to our company.
